US Recruiter – Full‑Cycle Healthcare Hiring

About the role

We are looking for a US Recruiter to lead full‑cycle recruitment for healthcare positions across the United States. You will partner with hiring managers, source and assess candidates, and ensure a smooth hiring process from intake to onboarding.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end recruitment for US healthcare roles, including intake, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiation and handoff to onboarding.
• Partner with hiring managers to define role requirements, priorities and qualifications.
• Source candidates via LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, Boolean search, referrals and other channels.
• Screen resumes and conduct phone/video interviews to evaluate qualifications, licensure and cultural fit.
• Coordinate interview schedules across US time zones and maintain accurate ATS records.
• Verify licenses, certifications and ensure compliance with US employment regulations.
• Provide regular updates on pipeline metrics, hiring status and market insights.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration or related field, or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 1 year of US healthcare recruitment experience, preferably with clinical or non‑clinical roles.
• Experience in RPO, staffing or agency environments is a plus.
• Ability to manage multiple requisitions and meet hiring targets.
