About the role
We are seeking a US Loan Officer Assistant to support our mortgage lending team from a remote location. The role focuses on using Encompass LOS to prepare loan files, ensure underwriting readiness, and enhance borrower experience during night‑shift hours.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and review loan applications in Encompass LOS.
- Coordinate with underwriters to ensure all documentation meets quality standards.
- Maintain accurate loan data and track progress through the pipeline.
- Provide timely communication to borrowers and internal stakeholders.
- Assist in resolving any issues that may affect loan approval.
Required profile
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
- Comfortable working night hours with weekends off.
- Reliable internet connection for a permanent work‑from‑home setup.
