TOA Global is seeking a US Accounting Manager to lead a dedicated service delivery team in the Philippines. This senior position oversees US bookkeeping, payroll, and sales tax operations, ensuring flawless execution for North American clients.

Key responsibilities

• Lead a team of bookkeepers, payroll specialists, and tax preparers, providing coaching, performance feedback, and professional development.
• Maintain zero‑error standards for all accounting, payroll, and sales‑tax deliverables.
• Conduct quality reviews, enforce compliance with US regulations, and implement SOPs for consistency.
• Collaborate with Client Success Managers to resolve complex client issues and sustain high‑trust relationships.
• Identify and apply technology solutions to improve productivity and operational efficiency.
• Prepare regular performance and client‑satisfaction reports, documenting successes and lessons learned.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience in US bookkeeping, payroll, or sales‑tax preparation.
• Proven track record of managing teams in a fast‑paced, deadline‑driven environment.
• Strong understanding of US accounting principles and sales‑tax regulations.
• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
