Unit Manager

About the role

AXA Philippines is seeking a proactive Unit Manager to lead a sales team in Pagadian. This full‑time, on‑site position focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering an excellent customer experience.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee and manage a sales team to meet and exceed targets.
• Plan and implement strategies aligned with organisational goals.
• Coach, mentor and develop team members.
• Monitor individual and team performance and provide feedback.
• Identify opportunities to improve team effectiveness and customer satisfaction.

Required profile

• Proven leadership, team‑management and motivation abilities.
• Strong sales, negotiation and communication skills.
• Experience in customer relationship management and client servicing.
• Analytical thinking and strategic planning capabilities.
• Adaptability to a dynamic, goal‑oriented environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing or a related field.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, team handling or a similar role.
• Knowledge of the insurance industry and financial products is a plus.
