Treasury & Tax Accountant Specialist

About the role

The Treasury & Tax Accountant Specialist will manage end‑to‑end accounts receivable operations, oversee cash handling, and ensure accurate tax compliance for Angkas. This role combines daily transaction monitoring with month‑end closing and regulatory reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare and post collection‑related journal entries and monitor cashier activities.
• Handle accounts receivable emails, top‑up vouchers, and corporate sales transactions (B2B and B2C).
• Track and reconcile transactions for Sharetreats, Angkas motorcycle maintenance, Kaps auto parts, Angcars, and advertisement revenue.
• Perform weekly bank reconciliations, analyze cashless transaction gaps, and reconcile voucher sales.
• Execute month‑end closing tasks, including detailed bank reconciliations and cashless payment clearing reports.
• Generate top‑up clearing reports, record revenue accruals for various streams, and prepare billing for corporate accounts and motorcycle loans.
• Maintain Accounts Receivable lead schedules and issue BIR Form 2307 certificates.
• Prepare manual accounting books, monthly tax journal entries, and coordinate with third‑party tax filers and BIR representatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Accountancy, Accounting Technology, Finance or a related field.
• 2–3 years of experience in Accounts Receivable, General Accounting or Tax Compliance.
• Experience with bank reconciliation, billing, collections and revenue monitoring.
• Familiarity with BIR regulations and tax filing procedures.
• Strong analytical ability and attention to detail.
• CPA license is a plus but not mandatory.
