Travel Support Specialist – Global GDS Operations

About the role

Teleperformance is looking for a Travel Support Specialist to provide high‑quality assistance to global travelers. You will work on‑site in Taguig City, handling complex routing, ticket exchanges, and ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Key responsibilities

• Operate Global Distribution Systems (GDS) to book, modify, and cancel travel itineraries.
• Manage complex routing scenarios and ticket exchanges for corporate and leisure clients.
• Ensure all transactions comply with airline and regulatory policies.
• Maintain accurate records and provide detailed reports on travel activities.
• Collaborate with other support teams to resolve escalated issues promptly.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
• Excellent communication skills in English.

Required skills

• Familiarity with GDS platforms (e.g., Amadeus, Sabre, Travelport).
