About the role

We are seeking a dedicated Travel Experience Planner to join our Taguig office. The role focuses on delivering personalized travel solutions, managing bookings, and ensuring memorable experiences for our clients.

Key responsibilities

• Provide prompt, empathetic customer service and resolve travel‑related issues.
• Maintain comprehensive knowledge of Travbest offerings to recommend suitable travel solutions.
• Facilitate bookings, itinerary changes, and special requests in line with company policies.
• Collaborate with team members to continuously improve the customer experience.
• Address feedback and uphold high standards of hospitality.
• Design and organize unique travel experiences that meet client expectations.
• Coordinate with vendors and service providers to ensure seamless execution.
• Offer support before and during travel, adapting to client time zones.

Required profile

• Minimum diploma in tourism, hospitality, or a related field.
• Fluent English communication skills.
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and discretion handling confidential information.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with attention to detail.
• Flexibility to work with diverse cultures and languages.
