About the role
The Travel Associate supports clients in creating and booking complete travel itineraries, ensuring a seamless experience from planning to execution. This role requires strong customer focus and the ability to handle multiple requests efficiently.
Key responsibilities
- Assist clients in planning and booking flights, accommodations, and activities.
- Provide expert advice on destinations, travel regulations, and options based on client preferences.
- Manage travel logistics and resolve any issues that arise during the trip.
- Maintain and update customer records and travel documentation.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to encourage repeat business and satisfaction.
Required profile
- High School Diploma or equivalent.
- 58 years of experience in the travel industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Detail‑oriented, customer‑focused, and able to work under pressure.
- Ability to manage multiple travel requests simultaneously while delivering high levels of service.
Required skills
- Proficiency in travel booking software.
