Travel Associate – Client Booking Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Travel Associate to assist clients in planning and booking their travel arrangements. You will work closely with travelers to create seamless itineraries that include flights, hotels, and car rentals while providing expert advice on destinations and local attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Assist clients in selecting and booking flights, accommodations, and transportation.
• Provide detailed travel itinerary recommendations and information on local attractions.
• Stay updated on travel industry trends, airline policies, and destination regulations.
• Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a smooth travel experience.
• Manage travel documentation and verify compliance with relevant regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Hospitality, Travel, or a related field.
• 1‑3 years of experience in a travel‑related position.
• Strong communication and customer‑service orientation.
• Detail‑oriented, organized, and able to multitask.
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
