Training Specialist – Onboarding & Development

About the role

The Training Specialist will empower Business As Usual (BAU) team members and leaders by delivering comprehensive onboarding and training programs. This role ensures employees have the knowledge, skills, and understanding of approved processes, internal SLAs, objectives, and client KPIs to perform effectively.

Key responsibilities

• Design, deliver, and continuously improve system, process, and onboarding training sessions.
• Create and maintain training materials, user guides, handouts, and process documentation.
• Collaborate with team leaders and stakeholders to identify training needs and support rollout of new or revised processes.
• Monitor new joiner performance during probation, providing feedback and development recommendations.
• Manage training records, track employee skills and career progression, and generate performance reports.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in Learning & Development, Business Administration, Human Resources, Operations, or a related field.
• Proven experience delivering training programs, facilitating workshops, or supporting employee onboarding.
• Strong presentation, communication, and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail and the capacity to manage multiple priorities.
