Training Officer

About the role
The Training Officer will design, deliver and manage training programmes for agency banking personnel, partner agencies and front‑line staff. This role combines curriculum development, face‑to‑face and virtual instruction, and coordination of pilot transactions to ensure effective adoption of banking solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and deliver courses on Agency Banking Platform Management, Business Processes, Product Orientation and Sales Process.
- Facilitate training through Zoom Meetings, Zoom Webinars, Microsoft Teams and physical classrooms.
- Conduct onboarding sessions, create training modules and launch new programmes.
- Provide product and sales training to third‑party partner agencies and front‑liners.
- Schedule briefings, coordinate pilot transactions and communicate results to relevant units.
- Maintain and update training curriculum, assessments and certification processes.
Required profile
- Bachelor’s degree in Business or a related field.
- 2‑3 years of experience in training and development, preferably with sales exposure.
- Strong oral and written communication and presentation abilities.
Required skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications: PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Outlook, Moviemaker.
- Experience using Zoom (Meetings and Webinars) and Microsoft Teams for virtual training.
- Knowledge of computer‑based training equipment such as PCs, TV/DVD players and multimedia projectors.
