Training Manager – Certification

About the role

Join Bureau Veritas, a global leader in testing, inspection and certification services, as a Training Manager for the Certification business. You will lead the strategic growth of the training division, combining operational excellence, business acumen and market leadership to drive revenue growth and customer success.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate training programs for all schemes, managing content, materials, dates and venues.
• Manage trainer competency, liaise with ITC and build a network of non‑exclusive trainers.
• Curate marketing content for LinkedIn and websites, run campaigns and manage Salesforce leads.
• Identify market trends, develop new training products with subject‑matter experts and external providers.
• Collaborate with enterprise and reseller managers to implement profitable strategies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with industry bodies and educational institutions.
• Oversee pricing models, P&L, sales, margin, pipeline and revenue reporting.
• Ensure customer satisfaction through NPS and post‑training feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in the relevant industry.
• At least five years of management experience in manufacturing or TIC‑related fields.
• Five years experience as a Lead Auditor and a deep understanding of TIC training needs.
• Five years experience as a trainer.
• Degree in Marketing, Mass Communications, Business Management, Science or Engineering with Business Development focus.

Required skills

• Proficient in MS Office applications.
• Experience with Salesforce for campaign and lead management.
