Safety Trainer

About the role

We are a leading ride‑hailing platform in the Philippines, aiming to end poverty through safe and reliable transportation. We are seeking a Safety Trainer based in Makati to lead safety riding seminars, onboarding activities, and driver training programs for our growing network of biker‑partners. The trainer will work closely with operations to ensure rider readiness and safety performance across assigned service areas.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct Safety Riding Seminars and onboarding training sessions for new drivers.
• Deliver training materials and procedures in line with company standards.
• Assess rider understanding of safety protocols, road regulations, and operational guidelines.
• Process driver accreditation and onboarding requirements after training completion.
• Maintain accurate records of attendance, training results, and processed drivers.
• Monitor and help achieve onboarding and driver processing targets.
• Coordinate with Operations and Safety teams on rider readiness and deployment.
• Promote a culture of safety and compliance among all participating drivers.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 2 years experience facilitating safety riding seminars or driver training programs.
• Valid LTO Professional Driver’s License for 2‑wheel and 4‑wheel vehicles.
• TESDA Driving NC II certification.
• Completed 40‑hour Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) training.
• Own a personal motorcycle and flexibility to travel as needed.
