Trainer – Pre‑Process & Process Training (Taguig)

About the role

Tech Mahindra Philippines is looking for a dynamic Trainer to deliver pre‑process and process training to new hires in its Taguig hub. You will play a key part in shaping the skills and performance of associates, ensuring they meet the company’s quality and productivity standards.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑process and process training sessions for new hire batches.
• Maintain attrition and throughput targets according to process guidelines.
• Coach and counsel associates as needed and provide performance feedback.
• Document training reports, trackers, and conduct pre‑ and post‑assessment to flag issues.
• Perform Training Needs Analysis and generate regular performance reports.
• Audit training effectiveness and deliver recursive training based on identified needs.
• Assist in creating training modules and curriculum.
• Handle any additional tasks assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum 1 year of experience in a related training role, preferably handling pre‑process and process training.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong presentation, organizational, and planning abilities.
