Trainer – Part‑Time & Full‑Time

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to deliver instructor‑led, hands‑on sessions on Generative AI and automation tools. The role can be performed on a part‑time or full‑time basis, conducting face‑to‑face training in San Miguel, Manila.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led, hands‑on training sessions based on assigned learning programs.
• Demonstrate practical use cases of Generative AI and automation tools in real workplace scenarios.
• Guide learners in designing AI‑supported workflows to improve efficiency.
• Integrate data privacy and ethical considerations into training discussions.
• Customize and refine training materials for clarity, relevance, and engagement.
• Track learner participation, progress, and completion throughout the training cycle.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and clarification to accommodate different learning styles.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and the training management team to meet learning objectives.
• Develop activities, exercises, and assessments aligned with course outcomes.
• Gather feedback and contribute insights to continuously improve training delivery.

Required profile

• Minimum two years of experience in training, teaching, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to comply with company policies and complete internal upskilling programs.
• Flexible schedule to match partner availability.
• Background in BPO, IT, technology, or digital services is a plus.
