Trainer

About the role

First Advantage is seeking a Trainer to deliver onboarding and up‑skilling programs for its Global Operations workforce. The role focuses on new‑hire training, cross‑skilling initiatives, and refresher sessions across all platforms.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct new‑hire and up‑skilling training on product and system processes.
• Update training materials to maximise learner engagement.
• Deliver refresher sessions based on operational feedback.
• Maintain accurate training reports and data integrity.
• Support organizational objectives by meeting training output targets and controlling attrition.
• Provide consistent scoring and feedback for all participants.
• Communicate process updates and conduct related refresher training.
• Organise monthly cyclic activities, including awareness sessions on company policies.
• Handle people‑related and product‑related escalations during training.
• Run campaigns to improve compliance and process awareness.

Required profile

• Minimum education: 10+2 or equivalent.
• At least 3 years of experience in Global Operations.
• Flexibility to work varied hours and attend office‑based sessions as needed.
• Proactive self‑development and willingness to acquire cross‑functional knowledge.
