Trainer

About the role

We are seeking a proactive Trainer to design, deliver, and evaluate learning solutions for our BPO operations. The role involves collaborating with Program Managers, managing training projects, and ensuring high‑impact delivery both in‑person and remotely.

Key responsibilities

• Analyze, prioritize, and project‑manage training development and delivery requests.
• Conduct train‑the‑trainer sessions for curricula you have created.
• Manage learning projects to ensure solutions are delivered on time and within budget.
• Provide regular progress updates to leadership.
• Coordinate logistics, manage training materials, and verify content readiness.
• Monitor and evaluate training effectiveness through feedback and post‑session evaluations.
• Deliver workshops and training sessions across a wide range of topics, both face‑to‑face and remote.
• Observe coaching sessions and give development feedback.

Required profile

• Minimum of 3 years experience delivering training in a BPO environment.
• Hands‑on experience with end‑to‑end training cycles (new hire, communication, culture, product, upskilling, nesting).
• Flexibility to work different shifts.
• Excellent English communication skills.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Iloilo.
