Trainer – Immediate Start

About the role

Tech Mahindra Philippines is seeking an energetic Trainer to join its BPO operations in Taguig City. You will be responsible for delivering pre‑process and process training to new hires, ensuring they meet performance standards and contribute effectively to the team.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct pre‑process and process training for new hires and evaluate their performance.
• Deliver and facilitate training batches while maintaining attrition and throughput according to process guidelines.
• Coach and counsel associates, provide feedback and conduct assessments to identify performance gaps.
• Prepare training reports, trackers and perform regular audits to ensure training effectiveness.
• Develop training modules and curricula based on needs analysis from operations and quality teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in any field.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in pre‑process or process training.
• Strong written and verbal communication with good presentation abilities.
• Excellent organizational and planning skills.
