Trainer – Generative AI & Automation (Full‑Time/Part‑Time)

About the role

We are seeking a dynamic Trainer to deliver instructor‑led, hands‑on sessions on Generative AI and automation tools. The role involves guiding learners in real‑world workplace scenarios, helping them design AI‑supported workflows, and promoting responsible technology use.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate instructor‑led, hands‑on training based on assigned learning programs.
• Demonstrate practical use cases of Generative AI and automation tools.
• Guide learners in designing AI‑supported workflows to improve efficiency.
• Integrate data privacy and ethical considerations into training discussions.
• Customize and refine training materials for clarity and engagement.
• Track learner participation, progress, and completion.
• Provide coaching, feedback, and clarification for diverse learning styles.
• Collaborate with fellow trainers and the training management team.
• Develop activities, exercises, and assessments aligned with course outcomes.
• Gather feedback and contribute insights for continuous improvement.
• Perform other learning‑related tasks as assigned.

Required profile

• Minimum of two years experience in training, teaching, facilitation, mentoring, or coaching.
• Strong presentation and communication skills.
• No prior experience in Generative AI required; materials and guides will be provided.
• Comfortable using productivity tools such as Google Workspace or Microsoft Office.
• Availability to conduct face‑to‑face training sessions in San Miguel, Manila.
• Ability to simplify technical concepts for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Willingness to comply with company policies and complete internal upskilling programs.
• Flexible schedule to match partner availability.
• Background in BPO, IT, technology, or digital services is an advantage.
