Trainer – Client-Focused Training Specialist

About the role

The Trainer will deliver client‑focused training for new hires, product updates, and ongoing skill development at Concentrix. This role ensures trainees are well‑prepared to provide best‑in‑class service and supports smooth transition to production environments.

Key responsibilities

• Direct day‑to‑day activities of trainees, monitor progress, provide coaching and readiness recommendations.
• Facilitate classroom sessions using effective presentation, creative techniques, and adult learning methods.
• Prepare and deliver training materials through lectures, hands‑on demos, and supporting activities for technical, customer‑service, and sales accounts.
• Evaluate Associate Trainers using assessments and observations, and advise the Training Manager.
• Achieve individual training performance metrics and ensure competency before production hand‑off.
• Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge by taking calls, attending meetings, and side‑by‑side observations.
• Produce instructional materials for various delivery methods, including CBT, interactive sessions, and written job aids.
• Measure training effectiveness via focus groups, interviews, and surveys, and revise programs accordingly.
• Communicate consistently with managers, peers, and client teams.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• Minimum 6 months experience as a trainer.
• Proven experience with training methodologies and soft‑skill development.
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities.
• Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines under pressure.
• Self‑starter with a sense of urgency.
