Trainer – Center of Excellence

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Trainer to join our Center of Excellence, delivering high‑quality, engaging learning experiences across a broad portfolio of core courses, including skills development and Train‑the‑Trainer programs. You will also partner with stakeholders during new client implementations to ensure operational teams are fully prepared for launch.

Key responsibilities

• Design and deliver instructor‑led, virtual, and self‑paced learning sessions for staff ranging from frontline agents to senior leaders.
• Train and certify internal trainers to run ad‑hoc development classes and specialized skill programs.
• Support comprehensive training for new client roll‑outs, aligning content with client‑specific requirements.
• Track attendance, compile completion reports, and gather stakeholder feedback.
• Manage training logistics, schedule sessions, and provision learner access to necessary systems.
• Conduct Training Needs Analyses, update existing materials, and ensure alignment with industry best practices.
• Collaborate with Operations, HR, and client teams to identify performance gaps and tailor solutions.
• Participate in post‑training evaluations and support the Leadership Excellence Program.

Required profile

• Strong presentation and communication skills, able to engage diverse learner groups.
• Deep understanding of adult learning theory, curriculum design, and delivery methods.
• Advanced proficiency with G‑Suite productivity tools and AI‑related tools for training workflow automation.
• Willingness to work primarily at Global One, Eastwood, Quezon City, with occasional travel to other sites.
