Traffic Planner

About the role

As a Traffic Planner at MicroSourcing, you will develop and manage traffic plans in line with US code of practice and company expectations, ensuring timely submission and accurate tracking.

Key responsibilities

• Draft extensive traffic plans according to US code of practice and Altus expectations, and submit them on schedule.
• Complete daily timesheets and plan tracking reports promptly.
• Respond to communications within defined KPIs and measure performance to improve productivity and profitability.
• Ensure quality standards are communicated across all levels and adhered to.
• Follow company guidelines, mission, and values while meeting management timeframes.

Required profile

• Fresh graduates with a CAD background are welcome.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and leadership abilities.
• Ability to interpret standards and procedures.

Required skills

• Proficiency in CAD.
• Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.
