Township Officer

About the role

The Township Officer will be based on‑site in Taguig or Pasay and will oversee the day‑to‑day operations of Megaworld’s mixed‑use townships. This full‑time position ensures that residential, commercial and corporate areas run smoothly, safely and in line with company standards.

Key responsibilities

• Manage daily operational activities, including safety, cleanliness and functionality of township facilities.
• Coordinate with residents, businesses, service providers and internal teams to deliver a seamless experience.
• Monitor compliance with local regulations and Megaworld’s property management policies.
• Address community concerns promptly and foster a strong sense of belonging among stakeholders.
• Prepare and submit regular operational reports using basic computer applications.

Required profile

• Strong organizational and operational management abilities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Problem‑solving and critical‑thinking capability.
• Knowledge of local regulations and community‑management practices is an advantage.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Public Administration, Urban Planning or a related field preferred.
• Experience in real estate, property management or community development is a plus.
• Willingness to work in Taguig City or Pasay City.
