About the role
The Real Estate Specialist will lead the sourcing, negotiation, and management of office and commercial spaces to support our business growth. You will work closely with internal teams, landlords, and external partners to secure cost‑effective locations that align with corporate objectives.
Key responsibilities
- Implement office space sourcing activities following standard procedures and schedules.
- Travel to various locations to evaluate potential spaces based on defined criteria.
- Prepare and present building survey reports to stakeholders and obtain approvals.
- Negotiate lease terms with landlords and building administrators.
- Review, draft, and consolidate lease contracts, ensuring compliance with due‑diligence and third‑party risk requirements.
- Coordinate with Workplace Solutions Specialists and office designers for technical assessments.
- Oversee post‑construction compliance, including insurance notifications and tax declarations.
- Manage lease renewals, negotiate terms, and collaborate with legal teams.
- Lead office renovation and improvement projects following standard construction project management procedures.
Required profile
- Degree in real estate, business, finance or a related field.
- Minimum 5 years of experience in office/commercial space acquisition.
- Approximately 5 years of experience in lease contract review and management.
- Experience in construction project management is a plus.
