Tourism Management Instructor

About the role

We are seeking a Tourism Management Instructor to deliver high‑quality lessons to our students across our Cainta, Antipolo and San Mateo campuses. The successful candidate will inspire learners, model professional behavior, and uphold the institution’s academic standards. The instructor will collaborate with faculty to continuously improve curriculum and assessment methods.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and deliver consistent, high‑quality lessons in tourism management.
• Act as a role model, encouraging student interest and active participation in the field.
• Apply school policies and procedures in daily classroom activities.
• Maintain discipline, punctuality, appropriate behavior, and high standards of work and homework.
• Foster a supportive learning environment that promotes academic excellence.
• Assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
• Participate in faculty meetings and professional development activities.

Required profile

• Graduate of BSHRM, Hospitality Management, or any HRM‑related program.
• Relevant professional experience in tourism or hospitality is a plus.
• Master’s degree in Business & Management or related fields is a plus.
• Willingness to work at Antipolo, San Mateo, and Cainta campuses.
• Demonstrated commitment to student success and continuous learning.
