Third Party Collections Specialist – Remote Full‑Time

About the role

We are seeking a motivated Third‑Party Collections Specialist to join our remote team. In this full‑time position you will contact clients, negotiate payment arrangements, and help recover outstanding balances while maintaining professional relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Reach out to customers via phone and email to collect overdue payments.
• Explain account details and negotiate repayment plans in line with collection policies.
• Maintain accurate records of all interactions and payment commitments.
• Balance relationship building with timely debt recovery.
• Adhere to applicable collection laws and internal compliance standards.

Required profile

• Minimum 9 months experience in BPO collections handling international accounts.
• Proven ability to manage accounts and use automated dialer systems.
• Familiarity with collection regulations and best practices.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Reliable home office meeting specified hardware and internet requirements.
