About the role
As a Third Party Collection Specialist you will contact clients and collect outstanding payments, communicating patiently and professionally to encourage debt repayment while preserving trustful relationships.
Key responsibilities
- Reach out to customers via phone and other channels to collect overdue balances.
- Use dialer systems efficiently to manage call volume.
- Maintain accurate account records and ensure compliance with collection laws.
- Balance relationship building with timely payment enforcement.
Required profile
- Minimum 9 months BPO collections experience on international accounts.
- Proven account management experience.
- Familiarity with collection regulations and laws.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong customer‑service orientation.
Required skills
- Dialer operation.
