Test & Product Engineer (Industrialization)

About the role

As the central contact point for product industrialization within STMicroelectronics' Imaging Division, you will drive the qualification and transfer of industrial test solutions for imaging sensors and micro‑optics. You will work closely with quality, planning, and production test teams across Europe and Asia to ensure seamless launch and continuous improvement of the production chain.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute industrialization plans for wafer and package testing.
• Lead test activities, analyse results, and coordinate yield‑improvement actions throughout the product life‑cycle.
• Manage the transfer of test solutions to production test sites in Asia.
• Collaborate with silicon wafer manufacturing plants in France and cross‑functional teams to optimise quality, cost and efficiency.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production chain.

Required profile

• Engineering degree (Bachelor or Master) in general engineering, electronics or a related field.
• Minimum seven years of experience in the semiconductor industry, specifically on imaging products.
• Proven ability to work in multicultural environments and lead global projects.
• Strong self‑leadership and customer‑facing technical expertise.
• Fluent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
