Test Process Technician

About the role

The Test Process Technician bridges production and engineering by maintaining, calibrating, and optimizing specialized manufacturing test systems. This role ensures high product quality and throughput in a fast‑paced semiconductor/electronics environment.

Key responsibilities

• Perform general manufacturing tasks for parts, components, sub‑assemblies and final assemblies.
• Conduct quality testing at every production stage.
• Collaborate with engineers to set up and calibrate production machinery.
• Assist engineering teams in designing and executing technical experiments.
• Use specialized software to collect and evaluate real‑time operating data.
• Make on‑line adjustments to products, instruments, or equipment based on data insights.
• Determine and apply process control methods to stabilize or modify workflows.
• Develop standard procedures to improve long‑term production quality.

Required profile

• Graduate of a 2‑year or 4‑year technical program in Electronics Technology, Electrical Technology or Electronics Engineering (fresh graduates welcome).
• Basic knowledge of manufacturing processes and equipment.
• Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings, work instructions and process documents.
• Willingness to work shifting schedules and attention to detail.

Required skills

• Familiarity with electronics measuring instruments.
• Basic computer skills, especially MS Word.
