Territory Supervisor – ALDI (Mindanao)

About the role

The ALDI Territory Supervisor oversees day‑to‑day operations of assigned ALDI retail associates and locations in Mindanao, ensuring excellent customer experiences and adherence to operational standards. This field‑based leader drives sales performance, store efficiency and supports the ALDI Sales Lead in achieving business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Supervise and support store teams to ensure daily operational efficiency and sales targets are met.
• Work closely with the ALDI Sales Lead to implement sales strategies, promotional activities, and operational improvements.
• Monitor in‑store performance metrics and provide timely reports, feedback, and recommendations.
• Ensure compliance with Salmon Financing Inc.’s operational standards, company policies, and customer service guidelines.
• Conduct regular store visits and audits to assess performance and staff engagement.
• Coach, train, and motivate team members to achieve productivity, accuracy, and service excellence.
• Address customer concerns and operational challenges promptly and professionally.
• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., Logistics, Marketing, HR) to resolve operational issues and support store needs.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Management, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• 2–3 years of supervisory or leadership experience in retail, sales, or field operations.
• Strong understanding of sales processes, retail performance metrics, and inventory control.
