Live Streamer

About the role

The Live Streamer will showcase products on popular social media platforms such as Shopee and TikTok, driving sales through engaging live broadcasts. You will interact directly with viewers, answer product and purchase questions, and help build a loyal customer base.

Key responsibilities

• Live stream product demonstrations on platforms like Shopee, TikTok, and others to promote sales.
• Develop and refine streaming workflow and show content strategy.
• Engage with online customers during live shows, answering inquiries about products, payment methods, and shipping.
• Maintain deep knowledge of product features, promotions, and ensure high customer engagement and repeat purchases.

Required profile

• Prior experience in live streaming, online selling, or hosting social media events.
• Cheerful, pleasing personality with strong communication skills.
• Computer literate and willing to work flexible hours.
• Open to training and continuous improvement.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft tools (e.g., Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience handling social media platforms such as Shopee and TikTok.
