Territory Sales Head - Panay

About the role

Salmon is a fast‑growing consumer FinTech group operating in the Philippines. The Territory Sales Head for Panay will lead the development of commercial relationships with retailers, driving growth across distribution channels and ensuring long‑term value for both the company and its partners.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable relationships with retailers through distribution networks.
• Build and manage a portfolio of retailers across multiple categories, negotiating contracts and commercial terms.
• Oversee retailer onboarding, activity, and engagement, providing data dashboards and performance reports.
• Establish proactive account‑management practices to identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
• Hire, train, mentor, and lead a sales/distribution team.
• Collaborate with key account, marketing, compliance, risk, data, product, technology, finance, legal and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• Minimum five years of sales leadership experience, preferably in a B2C environment.
• At least one to two years of managerial experience.
• Experience in fintech, POS/BNPL, or retail industries is an advantage.
• Proven ability to work in a fast‑paced, multitasking environment.
• English proficiency at B2 level or higher.
• Based in Panay, Philippines.
