Territory Sales Head – Misamis Occidental

About the role

Salmon, a fast‑growing consumer FinTech group in the Philippines, is seeking a Territory Sales Head for Misamis Occidental. You will be responsible for building and managing a network of retailers, creating profitable commercial relationships, and driving growth across the region.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable commercial relationships with retailers through distribution channels and networks.
• Build and maintain a portfolio of retailers across multiple categories, negotiating contracts and commercial terms.
• Oversee retailer onboarding, activity, and engagement, providing sales data, dashboards and reports.
• Develop and execute account‑management strategies to drive growth, cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
• Hire, train, manage and mentor a team of sales/distribution staff.
• Collaborate with marketing, compliance, risk, data/analysis, product, technology, finance, legal and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of field sales, field operations, or territory management experience.
• Experience in fintech, financial services, retail, or FMCG preferred.
• Owns or has regular access to a motorcycle or car (car preferred) for field activities.
• Has managed a team of at least five direct reports.
• Resides in or near Oroquieta City, or is willing to relocate/travel as required.
