Territory Sales Head – Ilocos Sur

About the role

Salmon is a fast‑growing consumer FinTech group operating in the Philippines. As Territory Sales Head for Ilocos Sur, you will lead the development of commercial relationships with retailers, build a robust portfolio across multiple categories, and drive sustainable growth for the company.

Key responsibilities

• Create strategies and partnership models to develop profitable relationships with retailers through distribution channels and networks.
• Build and manage a portfolio of retailers, negotiate commercial terms and contracts, and ensure long‑term value for the company and its partners.
• Oversee retailer onboarding, account management, and performance analysis to identify cross‑sell and up‑sell opportunities.
• Provide sales data, dashboards and reports to demonstrate value to retailers.
• Hire, train, manage and mentor a sales/distribution team of at least five members.
• Collaborate with key account management, marketing, compliance, risk, product, technology, finance, legal and operations teams to achieve business objectives.

Required profile

• 2–3 years of field sales, field operations or territory management experience, preferably in fintech, financial services, retail or FMCG.
• Experience managing a team of at least five direct reports.
• Owns or has regular access to a motorcycle or car (car preferred) for field activities.
• Resides in Vigan City or nearby areas, or is willing to relocate/travel as required.
