About the role
The Territory Development Leader will be responsible for growing JTI’s brand equity and sales within the assigned territory in Pagbilao, Quezon. Reporting to the Area Commercial Sales Manager, you will lead a team of Territory Representatives, Assistant Representatives and, where applicable, Sales Drivers, ensuring the execution of strategies that acquire new consumers and meet sales targets.
Key responsibilities
- Develop and implement territory sales plans in collaboration with Field Marketing, Finance and People & Culture.
- Lead, coach and evaluate a team of Territory Representatives and Assistant Representatives, setting objective‑based targets and providing regular feedback.
- Monitor market trends, consumer behavior and in‑store pricing to ensure alignment with brand objectives.
- Conduct trade audits, credit collection monitoring and ensure data accuracy for customer master records.
- Visit key wholesalers and retailers, build relationships, assess growth opportunities and manage account performance.
Required profile
- University or college degree.
- Minimum 2 years of field sales, distribution or trade‑marketing experience.
- Strong communication skills in English and Filipino; additional local dialects are a plus.
- People‑management experience, including coaching and mentoring.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to propose business improvements.
- Valid B2 (or higher) driver’s license.
