Temporary HR Business Partner

About the role

We are seeking a Temporary HR Business Partner to support our growing operations in Taguig. The role will focus on recruitment, payroll administration, and employee relations for new and existing projects.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate with project managers and local support teams to define job descriptions and role specifications.
• Create and post recruitment materials on various platforms, screen CVs, and schedule initial interviews.
• Administer assessments, conduct target‑based interviews, and manage interview feedback with line managers.
• Prepare contracts, negotiate terms, and handle pre‑employment documentation.
• Serve as the payroll point of contact for salary holds, reinstatements, adjustments, and related inquiries.
• Coach supervisors on labor‑related issues, succession planning, and terminations.
• Participate in strategic meetings with stakeholders and act as a day‑to‑day HR sparring partner for department managers.

Required profile

• 5–10 years of HR Generalist experience.
• Experience developing site‑specific HR and diversity strategies.
• Strong knowledge of labor law and HR best practices.
• Proven ability to advise managers and participate in steering meetings.
