About the role

Join IKEA Philippines as a Temporary Customer Care Centre Agent and help deliver a seamless shopping experience across multiple channels. Reporting to the Customer Contact Care Team Leader, you will engage with new and existing customers, understand their needs, and provide timely, high‑quality support.

Key responsibilities

• Identify customer needs and deliver effective solutions using IKEA systems, policies, and processes.
• Own each case from start to resolution, providing clear timelines and regular updates.
• Meet service level agreements by managing response times and collaborating with teammates.
• Apply store‑operation knowledge to recommend suitable solutions and promote add‑on sales.
• Listen actively, anticipate needs, and suggest relevant IKEA products and services.
• Provide constructive feedback to improve team performance and overall customer experience.
• Support IKEA Philippines customers while maintaining the brand’s tone of voice.
• Assist co‑workers across the contact centre, ensuring a flexible and collaborative environment.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in a customer‑facing support role, preferably in a contact centre.
• Familiarity with written communication channels such as WhatsApp and email.
• Understanding of the Customer Care Centre’s role before, during, and after purchases.
