About the role
The Telesales Specialist will drive channel and campaign targets by conducting outbound calls to existing and prospective bank customers, promoting a range of banking products and services.
Key responsibilities
- Perform telemarketing callouts using telephone equipment and automatic dialing systems to present product features and benefits.
- Gather and verify client information to ensure accurate processing of applications and requests.
- Maintain data quality and compliance with bank policies and procedures.
- Handle additional tasks as assigned by supervisors.
Required profile
- Bachelor's degree in any field.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Willingness to meet sales quotas.
- Open to working onsite at Ayala, Makati.
