Telesales Representative – Metro Manila & Quezon City

About the role

We are looking for a confident and persuasive Telesales Representative to join our growing team in Metro Manila and Quezon City. You will be responsible for generating new business opportunities, nurturing leads, and driving revenue through outbound outreach.

Key responsibilities

• Prospect potential customers using market research, networking and digital tools.
• Conduct cold calls, send personalized emails and leverage LinkedIn to create a steady sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads based on interest and fit, and hand them over to the sales team.
• Maintain accurate records in the CRM and update the Sales Call Report regularly.
• Nurture prospects with value‑driven communication to move them through the sales funnel.
• Utilize CRM platforms, VoIP systems, Gmail/Outlook and email automation tools for daily activities.

Required profile

• Proven experience in sales, telemarketing or lead generation (minimum 2 years, preferably in Real Estate).
• Any age, with solid written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Excel, Word and Google Sheets.

What we offer

• Starting salary of Php18,000 – Php22,000 per month.
