About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join our team and drive outbound sales efforts. The role involves contacting potential customers, generating qualified leads, and promoting our IT products and services through phone conversations.
Key responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to prospective customers to sell products and services, ensuring clear communication of value propositions.
- Identify, qualify and generate new leads by assessing customer needs and interest.
- Upsell and cross‑sell additional offerings to existing prospects, expanding the range of solutions presented.
- Provide customer service by answering queries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain an efficient and professional telephone manner while handling each interaction.
Required profile
- College graduate.
- At least one year of experience in IT sales.
- Cheerful, cooperative and proactive attitude.
- Goal‑driven and customer‑oriented mindset.
