About the role
We are looking for a motivated Telesales Agent to join our sales team. The role involves contacting potential customers, handling inquiries, and converting leads into sales. Comprehensive training will be provided for candidates with or without prior experience.
Key responsibilities
- Handle client inquiries and process sales transactions over the phone.
- Develop new customers while maintaining relationships with existing accounts.
- Prepare quotations and follow up on sales leads to achieve targets.
- Maintain accurate records of interactions and sales activities.
Required profile
- No prior experience required – training will be provided.
- Strong verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to build and maintain customer relationships.
- Sales experience is an advantage but not mandatory.
