Telesales Account Manager II – Manila

About the role

The Telesales Account Manager II will be responsible for retaining existing accounts and driving profitable renegotiations while expanding revenue through cross‑sell initiatives. You will work closely with key decision‑makers, Business Development Managers and internal teams to deliver Nexis Solutions’ AI‑enabled products and services across the assigned territory.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve account retention targets and negotiate favorable contract renewals.
• Identify and develop cross‑sell opportunities to grow revenue within the territory.
• Deliver product demonstrations and client presentations that highlight competitive advantages.
• Utilize sales tools and processes to meet deadlines and deliverables.
• Provide market insights to influence product and strategy development.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or at least two years of completed college coursework.
• 2‑3 years of proven B2B sales or inside‑sales experience, preferably in a high‑volume environment.
• Demonstrated success in negotiating contracts and closing deals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present to executive audiences.
• Willingness to work a fixed night shift and quickly learn enterprise AI tools.
