Telemedicine Nurse

About the role

We are seeking a compassionate Assistance Nurse to provide high‑quality medical support to travelers. In this telemedicine position you will assess medical cases, deliver clinical advice, and coordinate care with doctors, operations teams, and global assistance centers.

Key responsibilities

• Manage medical assistance cases, including assessment, documentation, and ongoing coordination.
• Provide clinical advice to patients, employers, and other stakeholders.
• Liaise with treating physicians and global assistance centers to evaluate care and transport needs.
• Coordinate medical evacuations and repatriations when required.
• Support medical referrals and ensure patients access appropriate care.
• Maintain accurate, confidential case documentation and ensure smooth shift handovers.

Required profile

• Philippine Registered Nurse.
• At least 3 years of solid clinical experience in acute care, ICU, or emergency medicine.
