Telemarketer / Appointment Setter (US EST)

About the role

We are looking for a high‑output Telemarketer / Appointment Setter to generate qualified leads and schedule meetings for our bookkeeping, accounting, and finance support services. The role is fully remote and operates on US Eastern Standard Time (8 AM‑5 PM EST).

Key responsibilities

• Make outbound calls to business owners, founders, and decision‑makers.
• Introduce our bookkeeping, tax, CFO, and capital‑management services clearly and confidently.
• Qualify prospects, uncover pain points, and identify current providers.
• Book discovery calls or meetings for senior team members.
• Follow up via phone, text, email, or CRM tasks and keep accurate call notes.
• Work from targeted call lists and outbound campaigns.
• Provide feedback to improve scripts based on real‑time interactions.

Required profile

• Strong spoken English with the ability to handle objections live.
• Confident, energetic, and persistent on the phone.
• Professional demeanor when speaking with business owners and finance professionals.
• Experience in sales, telemarketing, appointment setting, or cold calling is preferred.
• Prior exposure to bookkeeping, tax, BPO, finance, insurance, loans, SaaS, or agency services is a plus.

Required skills

What we offer

• $100 /month base salary.
• $5 per qualified meeting booked.
• $5 per attended meeting.
• $30 per closed client or 7 % of revenue, whichever is higher.
• Performance‑based incentives with strong upside for high achievers.
