Telehealth Nurse or Pharmacist – Remote Support (Manila)

About the role

We are looking for a registered nurse or pharmacist to provide tele‑health support to patients enrolled in our weight‑management program. Working remotely from Manila, you will triage, assess and guide patients through their treatment via email, live chat and phone.

Key responsibilities

• Provide medical support to patients with a range of conditions through email, live chat and calls.
• Triage and assess patient enquiries, evaluate severity of side‑effects and escalate when necessary.
• Deliver timely, accurate information while adhering to safety and quality standards.
• Monitor patient progress using tracker data and proactively reach out to improve adherence.
• Share patient feedback and insights with the clinical services team and broader business.

Required profile

• Registered Pharmacist or Registered Nurse with at least 2 years post‑registration experience.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills, able to convey medical information clearly via email, chat and phone.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced environment, handling interruptions and shifting workloads.
• Detail‑oriented, task‑focused mindset with strict adherence to processes.
• Willing to work a late mid‑shift schedule (2 PM‑11 PM or 7 PM‑4 AM Manila time) with no fixed weekend off.
