Technology & Innovation Internship

About the role

Join Globe’s Technology & Innovation team as an intern and contribute to building digital experiences that reach millions of users. You will work alongside product squads, data experts, and security teams, gaining hands‑on exposure to software development, data analysis, and user‑centered design.

Key responsibilities

• Assist in software development and testing activities for consumer‑facing applications.
• Explore data insights and create visualizations to support decision‑making.
• Support cybersecurity, DevOps, or infrastructure projects under senior guidance.
• Help design user interfaces and improve product UX.
• Participate in innovation sprints and prototype new solutions.

Required profile

• Currently enrolled in a Computer Science, Engineering, UX/UI, or related degree program.
• Strong problem‑solving mindset with a willingness to build, test, and iterate.
• Enthusiastic about learning in an agile, team‑based environment.
• Curiosity about AI, design thinking, and digital transformation.

Required skills
