Technology Account Management Director / Senior Analyst (Real Time Payments)

About the role

Mastercard is looking for experienced professionals to join its Technology Account Management (TAM) team in the Philippines. The role focuses on delivering and supporting Real‑Time Payment (RTP) products and services for operators and clients, ensuring successful implementation and ongoing operation.

Key responsibilities

• Lead RTP initiatives from concept to delivery, defining functional requirements and coordinating cross‑functional partners.
• Provide technical guidance, develop solutions, manage performance and oversee execution across all delivery phases.
• Deliver post‑production support, including troubleshooting, log analysis, migrations and testing.
• Act as the primary technical contact for clients, operators and internal teams.
• Support production migrations, resolve settlement issues and ensure timely reporting.
• Facilitate release management, client training and regression testing.
• Collaborate with country leads, account managers and product leaders to prioritize releases and maintenance.
• Conduct regular training sessions for clients, vendors and industry authorities.

Required profile

• BSc in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Systems or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of Real‑Time Payment systems and technical integration (required for Director level).
• Proven experience providing technical support for RTP solutions.
• Experience integrating payment solutions across multiple platforms and services.
