Technician III - Desktop Support

About the role

Join a global technology leader as a Technician III providing first‑line desktop support to business users. You will be the primary point of contact for technical assistance and help ensure smooth operation of everyday IT services.

Key responsibilities

• Respond to user requests via phone, email, chat, or ticketing system.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues.
• Support Microsoft Windows (10 and above), Office 365, email, printers, VPNs, and common desktop applications.
• Log incidents, monitor service desk queues, and prioritize tasks based on impact.
• Maintain and update knowledge‑base articles and documentation.

Required profile

• Graduate of a BS in Information Technology or related field, or equivalent experience.
• At least 6 months of help‑desk support experience.
• Strong communication skills for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
• Excellent English written and verbal proficiency.

Required skills

• Microsoft Windows 10 (and later) operating systems.
• Office 365 suite.
• Active Directory administration.
• TCP/IP, LAN, and WAN networking fundamentals.
• VPN configuration and troubleshooting.
• Desktop application support and printer troubleshooting.
• Experience with ticketing systems.
