Technical Training Manager

About the role

The Technical Training Manager will design, implement and manage after‑sales technical training programs to ensure dealer networks and third‑party partners meet VinFast’s global standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop training strategies, roadmaps and annual plans aligned with VinFast’s product portfolio and market expansion.
• Create, localise and continuously improve technical training content, ensuring quality and consistency across markets.
• Deliver knowledge‑transfer programmes through online and in‑person sessions for dealers and partners.
• Build and manage internal technical trainers, including observations, competency assessments and qualification reviews.
• Organise technical assessments, skill competitions and certification programmes, overseeing certification governance.
• Monitor post‑training effectiveness via feedback, assessments, KPIs and continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with After‑Sales, Technical, Quality and other cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in Engineering (Automotive, Mechanical, Electrical/Electronic, Automation or related).
• Proven experience in technical training management, preferably in automotive or after‑sales environments.
• Strong knowledge of training frameworks, competency assessment and technical certification systems.
• Demonstrated ability to manage teams and work effectively with dealer networks and external partners.
• Excellent communication, presentation and facilitation skills.
• Willingness to travel as required.
