Technical Support Specialist

About the role

ARC PH is looking for a full‑time Technical Support Specialist to join our on‑site team in Davao. You will provide prompt technical assistance to both customers and internal users, ensuring issues are diagnosed, resolved, and documented efficiently.

Key responsibilities

• Diagnose and resolve software and hardware problems for end‑users.
• Manage support tickets, track progress, and document solutions.
• Escalate complex cases to senior engineers when necessary.
• Maintain clear communication with users to ensure a positive support experience.
• Collaborate with team members to address recurring issues and improve processes.
• Contribute to knowledge‑base documentation and continuous service‑quality improvements.

Required profile

• Strong technical support background with experience handling technical inquiries and service requests.
• Proven troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities, able to identify root causes.
• Customer‑focused attitude with excellent English written and verbal communication.
• Analytical mindset to prioritize tasks and make decisions under time constraints.
• Relevant experience in help‑desk or IT support environments; familiarity with ticketing systems and remote support tools is a plus.
• Ability to work on‑site in Davao, collaborate within a team, and adapt to changing operational needs.
• Vocational or college‑level education in IT, Computer Science, or related fields preferred but not mandatory.
